Adrian Lynn was born and raised in Indiana, but moved to Florida and
graduated from Estero High School. He attended the University of South Florida in Tampa for his
undergraduate degrees in economics and political science and graduated
valedictorian. He then attended
the University of Florida College of Law for his law degree. During
law school, Mr. Lynn clerked for an attorney in Fort Myers, focusing on
bankruptcy and personal injury law. After law school, Mr. Lynn worked for
a large Florida law firm, concentrating on insurance defense and medical
malpractice litigation. He then attended the University of Leiden in
Leiden, the Netherlands, for his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in International
Taxation, writing his masters thesis on U.S. federal estate and gift taxes and
their interaction with similar taxes in Europe. Mr. Lynn thereafter went to work for Deloitte & Touche GmbH in
Düsseldorf, Germany, organizing global mutual funds and ensuring
compliance with German tax law.
Mr. Lynn is licensed to practice law in Florida and Indiana.
In his spare time, Mr. Lynn enjoys repairing computers, traveling, camping, and water sports.
He speaks German and Spanish and some Dutch. He travels to his homes in
Indiana and Germany.

Mr. Gibson graduated from Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin, as most
outstanding student in the Business & Economics department with majors in
Finance and Organizational Management. He then spent two years with
Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an auditor, and two years as a
Financial Analyst in private industry before attending law school.
At the University of Florida – College of Law, he focused on International &
Comparative laws, business transactions, and taxation and also graduated with a
Certificate in International and Comparative Laws. Mr. Gibson the pursued
his interest in taxation and international transactions at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands where he did his thesis in transfer pricing and
received the Masters of Laws in International Taxation in 2002.
After graduation Mr. Gibson pursued his career in international & domestic
taxation for individuals and entities in Public accounting. Mr. Gibson is
now an independent counsel focusing on the following practice areas: all aspect
of IRS adversarial cases, tax planning, IRS representation, audits, transfer
pricing and §1031 Exchange exchanges. Mr. Gibson is licensed to practice
law in Florida and Wisconsin.
